Those are some killer looking plants for a floro grow....it kicks ass.
It looks like it was grown under a MH...and how are you making that MG work(miricle grow)?

Hey gK, question:::
How do you manage the airflow between CFLs and the plants?
Do you have a fan blowing on them? A/C room?

Hi gents...
This is an experiment.... simplicty is the GOAL
MG soil, never adjust the ph of the water
no fan, just going bare minimum to show it can be done...
BUT - PHing water and fans are highly suggested for anybody who wishes to grow succesfully..
unless your name is GARDEN KNOWM!!!!!!!!

Aiiiight... well dude, then what's your ambient temperature?
I mean, if I placed CFLs as close as that to my plants, without a fan, I'll scorch them!
BTW: Did you see my clones?!! :D

Some of the CFL's are less than 1/2 imch from the leaves.. NO burning
Closed closet temp is 73 degrees...

These rust brown areas look like a "K" deficiency on the Blue Spot (plant started from clone). (not the plant in picture above)
This deficiency is probably directly related to the 8.0 PH water this plant has been receiving
If you look at the chart you can see that the plant has trouble up taking Phosphorous (k) when the PH is above 7.5
Hopefully this problem can be fixed by flushing with water PHed at 6.0

imo, pics look like ph and or watering problem.u saturated the gallon pot for that small transplant,i uslly giv it he sam amnt of water it was geting in the previos pot for irst 2 waterings, but on third watering i flood, dependin how big of pot im moving from and plant size too,to the next size pot.sounds lik to much water on transplant on ur first few waterings or so.or if floodin on first watering works for u ,then it cud be that,at that size of plant does not wanted to flooded any mor after that util it gets biger, and that it needs less after water ,after the intial flood.people transplant diff. and water diff.2sernarios on water basics on transplant.

PLANTS are freaking incredible
Experimenting with 8.0 water was STOPPED (LOL). Watering took place about once a week with 6.8 PH water and 7 drops of schultz African Violet 8-14-9 fert... This is about 1/3 the recomended amount.. considering how much water was used...
Plants were flooded and then allowed to dry.. and then flooded again...
Blue Dots are in 1/2 gallon pots and Mango is in 2 gallon pot(?).
No signs of being root bound...
I will post pics late tonight..
