I'm 15, and I do 200 push ups every other day (If you work out every day I'm sorry but you're stupid because your not giving your muscles a chance to heal) and can bench 170. I try to do 300 sit ups every day, 200 if I get lazy. I lift 30 pounds on my butterflies and my pecs and shoulders are fucking gigantic :D AND WHAT OLD PEOPLE? LOL jk

i work out i guess by playing tennis about 3 times a week.
I never work out, too lazy, but I walk everywhere, and I walk real fast so that burns off all the food I munch. I used to be in a girls hockey team for about 7 years and thats when I was at my fittest, I do plan to take something up in 2006, just dont know what yet...........
it may sound a little strange, but i LOVE water fitness. i spend most of my time working out water-aerobics style at the olymipc swim center. After i take a class for 45 minutes, i swim a few laps, and use water-weights. working out in a pool is so much more entertaining than at a gym. besides going to the pool, i do a lot of yoga at home using tapes and videos i get from the library. i dont work out because i wan to concentrate on losing weight, i definetly do not have that problem. basically i work out to maintain my health-nut lifestyle. and because it makes me feel so much better inside and out. i just want myself to be in decent shape.
also, i sail competitively on small boats, which actually require a lot of man-power. during sailing season, my coach requires the team to spend 45 minutes with the trainer at school twice a week. man, she makes my thighs BURN!!!!!!!!!! crazy nazi
