What is so hard to understand people?

I'm so confused... in 6th grade Officer Barrigan (in health class) told me that crack just made prostitutes and homeless people. How can those of you that have tried it even afford the internet? Are you at the library? The guy whos dick you were sucking pass out and you got on his computer? What's going on? I feel betrayed by my superiors.
