I agree that at age 13, smoking weed isn't your best option.

I was playing with my GI-Joes at 13 still, even my Ninja Turtles. You have your whole life to smoke up, why start so young? Kids are just in big of a hurry to grow up. Once you're 18, you'll be grown up for the next 50-60yrs. Enjoy being young.
