I've never misplaced my weed or smoking material thank god. I always keep it in the same place and I'm not really bothered if my mum finds it!
I did have a panic attack one night. I rolled a phat spliff, put it down somewhere, went downstairs for a few hours, then went back to my room to get it. Couldn't find the fucker anywhere. After 45 minutes of searching it turns out it was only 6 inches from where I was sitting! From then on I always put them with my smoking materials until I smoke them.
hah i use the trusty "hide it under my shirt and sit in the same spot till the person leaves method"

but if i'm not in a hurry i hide it under some stuff in a tackle box i've had since i was 6

i hate that.
