a) Sue for sexual harassment; you were half dressed!
b) Probation isn't that bad, I got a year and 100 hours community service..hardly get drug tested and I'm on drug charges; the only thing that sucks is the community service but if you've gotta car and free time it should be easy. Your fines shouldn't be that high anyway, it wasn't like you were stabbing anyone or threatening anyone.

If he gave you a ticket that's probably all you're going in for anyway.
