I think its because anytime a new girl (especially an attractive one) appears on the boards, it turns into an online dating service, and most of the girls aren't coming here to be picked up by some random internet stoner, they just want to chill. I've seen it happen on countless other forums as well.
Yeah, it seems to be the typical response. I just feel bad for her. After a point it has to get annoying. Not that she isn't worth the attention...
