no porblem, i'm a cook. cooking with weed as kind of a hobby of mine. I have made close to 20 different dishes/deserts with bud. no cooking the bud in a fry pan heats to much of the surface area of the weed to quickly. and that is BAAD

chedder,motzerella,swiss cheese
bread crumbs
sliced ham
1grm of bud
take the chicken breast, place it in a plastic bag, lay it on a board, pound it with a mallet so it goes flat. in a bowl mix 1egg,1cup of milk, soak the chicken in the milk and coat it with bread crumbs. now lay out the chicken and put the ham in the middle,then the bud and the cheeses. roll up the whole thing and close with a tooth pick.
preheat the oven to 350 and cook for 10-15, cut into the chicken and make sure it is all done.
