The legislative purpose of this initiative is to make the use and possession of less then one ounce of marijuana non-punishable under Denver city ordinances for adults 21 and older.
This means that anywhere you can drink alcohol, you can possess up to one ounce of marijuana. I'm done trying to convince you assholes something you should already know, this is a good thing. If you want to keep trying to find a flaw in this triumph, go ahead. I, on the other hand, am going to party my ass of in Denver this weekend. I'll keep all of you in my thoughts as I legally smoke marijuana.
