How hard is it to change the laws? Denver recently circulated a petition and now it's LEGAL to smoke and hold up to an ounce!! Remember the 60's; I was there; we changed things.

I used to wear a roach clip on a chain. Just an alligator clip.
Edit: And I had a hat with a bud leaf on it, but I gave it to my ex.
