I believe you are correct, sir. I really gave it hell yesterday after I cleaned it, and I made no progress.

And to whoever said I should have made sure to be 100% happy with it before buying,... I would be 100% happy with it, if not for the big gay blue letters...

And the website gave me a discount on it, that's why I picked it up.
