A majority of tobacco smokers don't even smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day so..

The government says that a "marijuana cigarette" contains three times the harmful content than a regular cigarette..why are these people smoking 3 TIMES THE FUCKING DOSE OF A REGULAR TOBACCO SMOKER!!
