i saw this dude in the mall one day and he had a High times shrt on. It had the issue all about the Cannabus Cup on it. You know the issue that has a cup with weed just over flowing, what a great shirt, man. That dude had all the cops staring him down, this one started to follow him for a little while. The novelty shit is great to put in your house or on your music shit but not to go out in just some public place flaunting the shit. it's just not worth the trouble you could get into wearing that stuff.
