I do something similar by taking a huge rip (of pot of course), hold it in then take a chug from a beer or a swig from a bottle, then letting it out. Iâ??ve always called it a "cannonball".

yeah, i usually dont hold in my hits...people frown upon me, or used to, but now i know that i was correct!

seriously when u hold your breath longer after taking a hit u will absorb more thc. yes not a lot, but still a bit. theres always gonna have a lil amount of thc in the hit u just took.
