Stop judging by looks, as you should all know that weed can be deceiving somtimes. If you find a weed so shitty looking, I mean BEYOND shitty looking, chances are... it's really good weed. I mean, how would you know until you smoke it? Weed is weed... smoke anything you can get, yo!
No... when shit looks beyond shitty looking... it usually means it is shitty weed, if it's even weed at all. I agree with the smoke anything you can get... unless you're getting shit that isn't weed in the first place or shit that you're getting ripped off for in price. personally though... I don't smoke anything I can get... If I'm going to get baked i'm going to do it right, and get the best possible weed in the area. That's the way to get shit done man. Yeah, you are sort of correct. Even buds laden with trichromes may be vacant of THC or other alkaloids and give a headache instead of a head rush.
However, location plays an important part in this too. The USA having the most difficulty in obtaining quality even at a price, and the passing of knowledge on the subject a federal crime. USA dealers shake the buds, like in Amsterdam, of the trichomes before sale. Buyers think they have fine clean buds. But unlike Amsterdam, the buyer is not aware.
Have you noted that all of these great cannabis sites with information are owned and operated outside the restrictions on US citizens? Even then, as with Marc Emery, the long arm of US injustice will reach into every country if it can.

I still think the weed looks kinda crappy. Even soapbar can get you really stoned after one bong or whatever, but it's still not nice weed. And that does not look like nice weed. =/
