Toko just made the best point. I'm sorry thats just the most amazing point (this isnt sarcasm in the freaking least seriously). We freaking cut off their balls people! A tattoo is not cruelty especially considering the differences in our skin compared to theirs. Damn our almost hairless hides! The more hair we lose the more nerve endings we get....great more pain when I burn myself lovely.....

(also my parents when they were together when I was a child bred German Shepherds, I'd say a tattoo is even pretty humane considering what we do to dogs just to make them "acceptable" to society as aforementioned with clipped ears and other such cosmetic differences many make).

If someone drugged you and you woke up without part of your genitalia and with tattoo's which would you care more about? It's also law as far as I know in Canada and the USA and Britain that EVERY dog must have its ear tattooed with a certain number just like us with our id's. I've yet to see a domestic dog without ibe yet (thats over 8 months old anyway,some people do put it off a long time).

Google Tattooing a dog....You'll be surprised we've been doing it for a very long time. Mostly to save their lives and return our lost loved ones....they do after all become members of the family in most households.

its not like the dog even knows that it has a tatoo. Actually, people tatoo serial numbers into thier pets ears, and put rfid chips in thier ears.... so please, animal lovers, stfu
