Really though, like someone else already said, you should eat more often. Just eat a really small meal about 5-6 times per day. And taking a 30 minute walk 3 evenings per week. Good luck.
If you can run or jog a full mile, no longer than 10 mins, then do that once a day. Only takes 10 mins out of your day and will do wonders. Once you arent tired from doing that, run a mile and a half or two miles a day. You dont ahve to change eating habits or anything. :)
Thnx for all your tips guys, i know for sure that cdrinking only water will help a lot and so will not eating all those fating foods. What ifi just ate like white rice and dhicken breast and some fish? is that any good? i walk my dogs all the time so that should be working. but imma try to loose abouit 2-30 pounds, and to the guy saying loosing 10 pounds in 2 days thats not healthly at all, i read that u should only loose up to 1-2 pounds a week. Maybe i should jus make myself throw up? lol
