Cigarettes are bad for you, not even the tobacco companies will argue that anymore. I smoked for more than 20 years but quit 6 years ago. I don't know if I'll die any sooner cause I smoked or if I'll live longer cause I stopped but I sure as shit feel a lot better now than when I smoked.
If you're still getting that wonderful buzz you aren't hooked yet so my advice is to stop now. If you don't pretty soon the buzz will go away anyway. Then the only reason they'll make you feel good is that they get rid of the withdrawl that you'll feel when you don't have one in your mouth.

I feel like shit, Like my throat feels different now. When I quit for a bit here and there, it gets better. I regret startin , but after 3 years of smokin, I don't think I can quit...
