i ahd my first cigarette at like 8 i had my first joint at 13 but i dont smoke ciggs i only tried it

yup, that is so fuckin true.....i went about a month without them and i've discovered two things, one of which i already knew this just further confirmed it. 1. that whenever you try to quit if you don't stay with it you just come back into the habbit that much harder 2. it is pretty much impossible for me to quit cuz even with helping aid i still can't do it, at this point i HAVE to have niccotien in me, or really bad shit comes along (very violent mood swings, biting my finger nails so damn far down my fingers bleed and always hurt shit like that)

me, i smoke occasionally. not recently. ive never had a craving, ever. a few times a "gee, i could use a cigarette right now" moments, but that happens with anything you like to do.

i only smoke for the buzz, and you only get that after not smoking for a few days. cigarette buzzes are fun, and as far as i see the only reason to smoke.

I noticed that when ya quit the first week is always the hardest and the rest is alot easier to get by with. I quit last year for 9 months and only started back up because i was in europe for the summer and could buy alcohol and cigs, and Id be at a bar and get drunk and buy cigarettes, and now Im back up to what I was before i quit last time, a pack and a half a day >.<. Im contemplating quitting, my lungs are startin to shit the bed on me and Im only 17, prob cause I started smokin when i was 9.
