how come weed is illegal?

how come english people speak english, but americans don't speak american, they speak english?

so true!!! Following that point, why is alcohol legal when it causes thousands of deaths a year (drunk driving, violence etc) and can cause disease?

and have you actually heared of stoned assult? i really believe that if ya legalised cannabis and illegalised alcohol, i think it would make a difference in the world........lol but then it would be funny.......i'll buy 4 cans of stella of ya 4 a tenner :P black market beer.

I think maybe i can kinda answer just one.You cannot tan on you palms because of the hardness of the skin and the excessive sweat glands in the hands and bottom of feet.Henna tattoos take better to the palms and feet because of the reason that the skin is so thick so it penetrates deeper longer colour.Ah who knows i could be wrong
