Bitch wouldn't listen. He goes up to the car and asks her to get off the phone, and she says "No, I'm calling somebody." I mean, c'mon. That's just fuckin rude and stupid. From the second she noticed he was pulling her over, she could have just said, "I'm being pulled over. I'll call you back." What else could he have done? She was not complying with the officer's orders. Shit. When a cop asks you to do something, it's not a fuckin request. Granted, everyone has rights, but she was just being a rude bitch.
Anyway, If he had tried harder to physically pull her out of the car, he may have had a much bigger chance of injuring her, and I think that would have been much more questionable. Instead, he used non-lethal force to get her out. I'm iffy about the second shot, but all in all this wasn't way out of the ordinary.

yes, hes a savior. 50 a gram for everyone else. and 25 a gram for meds lol. this aint crack man, its weed. and I havent seen you in forever 26. The second jolt was probably cuz she wouldnt show her hands, if she was that agressive before, who knows if she has a knife or somethin, dont want to go down there grab her hand and get slashed ya know. And being tazed dont hurt after about 20 seconds, she shoulda got jolted again for blubberin like a bitch.

Good call, yeah she was saying she COULDN'T move her hands, but apparently you regain your muscular control by that time (per training officer). She was just making a show of it.
