God and Aliens

As an ordinary lowly human I do not expect to understand all but all I have to do is believe. There is far to much going on for it to be just is.
It didnt suddenly materialise over time.
Get a petri dish in a vacuumed area with nothing in it completely sterile and see if in 2 billion years you gete a race of beings..don`t think so.

Who ever said we got something from nothing? That's what the Bible says, but I'd hardly call that a scientific journal.... The Big Bang didn't create something from nothing. The theory says that all matter was condensed into one infinitely small point with an infinitely big mass. When this point started expanding at incredible speeds, that's what we call the Big Bang. Now where did this original point come from? That's still a mystery, but I don't see any "something from nothing" anywhere.

Like I said humans have difficulty understanding it, twoshots just proved my point.

Personally I believe Aliens are demons of some sort!,the scriptures say that the demons were cast into the 3rd heaven! thats outer space..and if you ever see a depiction of any kind of alien more so the greys,they look like they have no soul almost soulless......

The aliens are "god"... at least according to an increasingly popular view that what we call god was in fact a race of gods and godesses who tampered with our genes several thousand years ago to make us smart enough to be slaves to 'em. (you can see that humans are the only animal on earth with a line of horizontal DNA. The word God in the bible is substituted for a number of different words in the original hebrew texts. Elohim (plurality meaning gods and goddesses) is the most commonly seen word, but nephilhim, adoni, YHWY and several other words are used to refer to separate entities in the torah. When you put these words back into the bible many things make more sense. for example: And God said let US create man in OUR own image. (you all know the idea of the holy trinity wasn't introduced until the 3rd or 4th century) If you substitute Elohim back in, that sentence makes a lot more sense.

Also, there' the whole symbol for medicine argument.... You know the symbol, the two snakes intwined... it looks astonishingly similar to the double-helix of DNA... We've used this symbol for medicine for all of recorded history dating back to 7000 years ago in sumeria if not longer.

Of course we'd worship a race that was capable of space travel and all sorts of percieved magic to the mind of primitive man.

if it is that we started off as no more then a jelly fish type of thing then evolved to a fish, then to a reptile, then to a monkey, then to a human.. what is there to say that we can not evolve even more to a jesus(god) like healing all loving all knowing higher being....
we are truely more than the sum of are parts!! of this im sure.....

I totally agree, we can become so much more. of course in the way of mental evolution, this is the whole theory behind buddhism, that by reaching enlightenment, one attains the ultimate, perfect form of consciousness.
