these FLIR reports are targeting CANNABIS PLANT heat signatures, not as your pointing out ...sorry but, those are what these government documents say very clearly...

Are you saying these documents are manufactured to lie just to have the cases dismissed?? There is a reason they can't be used in court... My guess would be because of these reports I have, which did by the way get dismissed because of how intrucive they are..privacy violating technology..

your lottery theory would be correct for the average bet.. but, beings I have seen it first hand[multiple times in my neck of the woods] and also have the cases which actually came from the wa. national guard under an FOIA request.. and of course your correct about them standing outside the home for sometime searching.. it still happened...

I do not believe FLIR can be used in court though. ONLY on the sligh of informing other agencies of what they found..

again, I was pointing out what I have as far as FLIR info. to sneak and peek.

Ok, ok, I believe you I am tearing down my babies and giving away all my shtuff because now I am sure the DEA is standing outside my door with their FLIR equipment even as we speak. And I am sure James advises everyone else here to do the same. By the way, we should all get together and file a class action suit against the authorities for invading our privacy that would include every person in the country because they are obviously going to every building, home, and apartment and using FLIR to spy inside, right?

Oh no! here they come now, crashing in my door, 10 DEA, 5 State Marshalls, and a half dozen local cops. Apparently they have been spying for some time now. They have all the evidence they need, my 85 ear old neighbor in the shower, the newlyweds next door having sex 5 times a day, my other neighbor Timothy/Gladys however he/she is dressed today doing whatever it is he/she does and of course my two germinating seeds that I will certainly use too overthrow the current administration. Because I am an evil scofflaw spitting in the face of the decent law abiding and morally correct citizens in the country. Look for the story on all major network news shows tonight! Sorry can't type anymore, my hands are cuffed...BYE!

The above is quoted directly from an amendment of the FOIA, disallowing use of such information and making it unconstitutional to use any such gathered evidence against an individual.

Now, could the agency using the equipment to compile evidence turn it over to other authorities as a 'whistle blowing' tactic, yes. Is the government spending BILLIONS of dollars and man power hours going door to door to collect such evidence in a useless attempt to destroy every single cannabis plant in existence and simultaneously putting probably 2/3 of the populace in jail because of all illegal activities that may be going on in all our homes? I think not, but I could be wrong. I just hope our Freedom and personal privacy rights have not diminished to the point where door to door spying is seen as an acceptable practice.

This and the last post are all I will write on this subject, I have dismissed the paranoia and do not wish to :beatdeadhorse: myself. Peace all, keep posting and voting on my poll please.

Here be the kicker pilgrem i be takin it even further then this here yual be sayin. See I live in the woods lots of land be had around me and truth be told all be known I be a growin be yu folk here in this site. Me misses dont get me wrong nows I be smokin in my pipe some funny stuff be she all be thinkin i picks it up when I goes to town cause when i come back from a provission trip this be when my pouch be topped off ;)

We be havin a few out buildins on our property and be in my skinnin and gutten shed be were I have my little ones on the go and yup know one on the now not even the misses. She dont necessarily be approven of my puffin but she be knowin it helps my pain and my nightmares so she dont be sayin to much cept that I be actin like and idiot some times other then that she would NOT be approvin the growin part but its cheaper fur me to do so so I do. She stays clear the skinnin shed anyways she dont like the smells or the dead thins be layin about. So in close it be me who knows and me only gosh darn i sleep good at night.

There is no Misses or any other person in my life right now that comes in my apt. I have not had a single sole including my LL, who lives 4 states away, in here since I moved in. I have 1 neighbor in my immediate area and he is a :stoned: anyway (but the LAST person I would want to know what is in my place), just pointing out that even with all the odor control I would use when flowering if he did smell anything, he would just think I am burning some buds. We are both pretty private people (for all I know he could be growing his own as well), I smell it coming from his place very regularly and hear the obligatory coughing etc. I know he must hear and smell the same.

If I were to tell him it would be the stupidest mistake huh? Then he would expect me to burn with him all the time and sell to him, and his "friends" and so on and so on, until I am incarcerated which would not take long I am sure. Like I have said all along, only myself and God.
