as far as i know, the only state to acknowledge michigan's MMMP card is Montana.

we the people find---has not found good response in the courts and this lingo is in question to be using... just a legal thought.:(

I realize this is the only lingo we the people can use...but, I found that if some extra lingo is used, example:

We the people acting in our legislative body duty form of government pursuant to art_ section_of the arizona constitution hereby find....;)

This is the most important lingo which hooks the people acting as the LEGISLATURE...and not just society's uneducated OPINION ...as the courts have said many a time.

Just a thought from all the state courts opinions combined...
