look if you stop using internet explorer it will help a lot! use firefox or opera browser or any other browser out there it will get rid of those spywares a lot!
since i stopped using IE i rarely get infected with virus or spyware or whatever there is.. im just using all freewares in my pc is in tip top shape no shutdowns or what so ever.
if youre still paranoid bout youre privacy get zone alarm or sygate firewall theyre both free too..

Just use ad-aware and stop listening to clowns like Looker.

yo i was using ad-aware but i recently got the microsoft anti spyware and it seems to be finding things that ad-aware wasnt.....i recomend it.

I dunno all I know is I spent some hard hours trying to deal with spyware and reformat worked the best...
