16 plant outdoor grow....newbies.....

HAHAHAHAHA It's spelled Tomato, Haven't you ever heard of a typo. It's an honest mistake, NOBODY is perfect. And stop hating on Squeak, he is doing a SIMPLE grow to teach newbies. You think I learned how to top, FIM top, SCROG, SCOG, transplant, clone, ect. on the first day.....HELL NO. So leave him do a SIMPLE grow and teach newbies the basics of growing after they have learned the basics they can start learning different techniques of increasing their harvest. So Please MattaSqueaks, Continue because I would like to see your help in action, and just a suggestion but do you think you could post pictures of your harvest, drying, and curing. and possibly couple pics of you testing your harvest, blur your face out of course. The guy is showing off his method, so let him do it. If he did this the way he wanted to, we'd have a really cool thread that shows step by step how someone did an outside grow. Then you can bitch, critique, and speculate about your own theories till the cows come home.

You have some neat way to save a couple of days on sprouting? Neat.
You have tomato plants that no one cares about? Neat.

Leave this dude alone and we can all learn something. And even if you can't, plenty of new growers (myself included) would like to know about outdoor growing from a variety of prospectives.

Matt is OK in my book. I'm looking forward to his updates, being his climate and strains are very similar to mine.

the ONLY way to learn is thru experience. you can read all the books and posts you want, and they do help, but you wont really know until you try it. a post like this is good for people to see "what happens when you do it this way". i only wish there would be more picture updates, so people can see the progress.

Matt is just trying to help out all the new people who have not grown outdoors, I guess you think your way is better, but who has the seeds and the knowledge to continue to grow.
He knows what he is doing you just don't like his way, so I think you should do your thing and let people decide who they trust. I am with Matt on this one. But you have a nice day anyway, Don't hate cause he's a great teacher. Peace out.

great teacher this .it goes like this.(peace).bottom line.hey i dont like anybodys way unless its my way ,so hit the highway

I know i keep procrastinating but some of my plants arent anywhere near where i live. Im also growing in different climates so you guys can see the difference in the growth weather they grow taller or more bushy than the others. Ill get some pics up asap.

10 of my 16 seeds planted have sprouted...after 8 days
half with wet towel/ other half right in good sized terracotta pots(average)
pro mix soil with half and the other half with a potting soil..generic.
so....with limited light...8-10 max by mid july...my little lovelies will be small..but it should work quasi alright...gonna be a warm summer..Almanac says so...
plant seeds or sprouts when the moon is waxing......make sense?
