Heh, I don't know if I'm a free liberal hippie, but you are correct that I'd hate to see the livelihood of regular folks destroyed by big business. I'm old and jaded enough to believe that is the ultimate fate of cannabis regardless of how a bill is written.

I think most folks just wanted a state to legalize. Everyone is so sick of the national farce of the war on cannabis.

I had a dream that California would pass this, the tax revenue would bail out the government, and ultimately begin a domino effect just as with medical cannabis. I knew in my heart that was naive of me.

Most of us are just tired of waiting.

ahh i guess i need to go fake an illness to get a med card...oh man im comeing down with bad head aches!

helpinog maybe some of us like myself dont like the fact that we need to claim we have chronic pain and the only thing that works is weed,just to be able to smoke a joint..

and yea this failed and dont ever think of anything coming close to this ever happening again....thanks again caregivers of california you still get to make your money growing peoples weed for them and charging each person a few hundred bucks for an ounce greedy fucks,and i just hope they the feds bring you down :) in a nice way of course!

I'm gonna roll up some of this DANK Afghan Kush I grew from a clone as a med patient and thank the majority of CA for not being sheep and listening to norml's bullshit. This has somewhat restored my faith in the people, they actually read the bill and realized they were getting the wool pulled over their eyes all in the name of "legalization". Thats not legalization, thats a bunch of bullshit laws so they can stick it in you and break it off. Try, just TRY to think outside of the box for once gypski tweaker.
