What might help with your menu is have the strains divided between "Specialty" & "In House" since that's how your pricing is set. and then subdivided between Sativa & Indica.
Example:
Specialty Strains:
__MEMBER 15, 45, 80, 160 (NON-MEMBER 17, 50, 90, 180)
____Sativas: Strain1A, Strain2B, etc...
____Indicas: StrainA1, StrainB2, etc...
In-House Strains:
__MEMBER 15, 40, 75, 150 (NON-MEMBER 17, 45, 80, 160)
____Sativas: Strain1A, Strain2B, etc...
____Indicas: StrainA1, StrainB2, etc...
