2nd grow

Everyone grows differently, and different techniques work well with different nutrients, with the nutrients i use, What I do, set it at 5.5 when using tap water, the ph will gradually fluctuate between 5.5-6.0 over a week period, usually flucuates up, then I top off with 5.5 ph water.

Having a slightly fluctuating ph allows for better nutrient absorption over a larger range.(In my opinion.)
One thing to consider though, small amounts of water will have larger fluctuations, than larger amounts, which can cause problems if the swings are to extreme.

Everyone explain this one to me. My first grow i didnt check the PH didnt adjust anything ( the plants had no special treatment just good ole tap water, light, fan ,and ac) I had nuitrients for the first half of the grow and then ran out and was never able to buy more. With that first grow it wasnt the best but it was doing alot better then what i was doing with the second grow? How is it that with no special treatment they tend to do better then me having to stress out over everything and they all end up dying?

On wed i am going to be getting a water purification system and we are going to purify all of our water for the plants hopefully that will help. My seeds should be going into rockwool cubes today or tomorrow. the rockwool cubes will be soaked in 5.5 water before the seeds go into them. The guy at Ahl said that should eliminate ph problems when germinating so we shall see what happens.

I have been really sick and havent spent much time on the computer. I am feeling better but since i have been sick i need to catch up on things. In all honesty the best way to get me is through email, here, or on the thcfarmer (the farm).

I think you messed up going from a soil/soiless mix to a hydroponic setup(water culture)
if you are going to do hydro(water culture or aeroponics, take clones in a aerocloner, or use rockwool/sure to grow

this was not about showing; it's about trust; i.e. she is having grow problems and everyone is giving advice; so i show my grow, i have demostrated that i too am learning and if there is information to give i will gladly tell her and anyone else that relaxing first is best, then one at a time solvce the problem by simple gardening. The first she was better because she did over mother her plant. I learned to do less. Not trying to belittle or push myself up. I just will be quite and watch. SORRY EVERYONE.

No Don't do that I Think now that you answered you were trying to help But I took it wrong I though that you were showing off . You did not post any thing but just showed your grow Sorry if I offended you PLease keep posting.
