Where does this sense of entitlement come from?
The Ada does not force henpfest to provide personal mobility items to the disabled. Their obligation encompasses making the use of those personal mobility items usable.
You can babble about caselaw all you want, those are the rules and that's what's going to play out here.

The fact of the matter is that Hempfest is ACCESSIBLE under the definition the ADA sets. Accessibility is defined as meetin certain criteria, the main one being that there must be an "accessible route" defined as;
Accessible Route.
A continuous unobstructed path connecting all accessible elements and spaces of a building or facility. Interior accessible routes may include corridors, floors, ramps, elevators, lifts, and clear floor space at fixtures. Exterior accessible routes may include parking access aisles, curb ramps, crosswalks at vehicular ways, walks, ramps, and lifts.
Accessible routes are not routes with golf carts.

Notice your accessible route quotation speaks of buildings and facility's..i.e. interior..not in a public debate outdoors event. a park! and private property not public.

Feel free to quote the part of the ADA which would draw a distinction between what constitutes accessibility at a "facility", to include "roads or any property at a site", and whatever you wanna call hempfest.
Please show me where accessibility would include what you're claiming, I'd love to read it.
