This is intentional delay on the behalf of the Health Department. Somebody needs to pull this task and the associated windfall away from them.

Thanks, Know a couple people who send theirs in also at the end of January & February. I thought the wait was closer to a year, though 8-9 months still is a long wait. Nice that they are still putting the issue/expiration date of sending it out and not when they received it. It was rumored that they were going to change to the date received.Quote:
