yeild with a 400 watt hps?

I know nothing of the strain, other than to say it looks like a heavy indica. The buz is such that it couch locks me big time. Going longer in flower would only increase that.
It was a test I was doing for a friend with some bag seed. I initially thought it was some form of auto flower based on how fast the buds began to form. By the second crop, I wanted to save this for the future so I took one of the males and a female and sat them in a room by themselves to pollinate.
As is always the case, 6 weeks is my max for these girls. If I went 8 weeks or more, I'd end up with buds crumbling on the stem or be too stoned to get off the couch.

thanks agian everyone for the posts and is a 400 watt to much to run electricity wise? or and i get away with a 600? and a 250 watt MH for veg?

600 is most efficient lumens per dollar wise.

but do you think a 600hps and a 250mh and a 125watt fan are to much electricity to run in a 3 bedroom house with all the other things a normal house runs? thank you

No thats just about 1Killowat of electricity and your not going to have all that on 24 hours a day so it should raise any alarms. Call the electric company and get a quote for a fishtank that runs 1.2 killowatt an hour so they put it in your account info:thumbsup:

kool thanks alot i wanted to go with the 600hps but if i got to call the electric companay i dont know ill prbly just go with the 400hps lol i dont want to raise supision and 400hps and 250 or 175mh and a 125 fan should be ok i would think right? thanks again

A 600W will not raise any suspicion!

Honeslty just spend the extra 20 or so dollars and get the 600 watt. The problem is you need good ventilation to keep the temps managable if it is in an enclosed space. If not in an enclosed space then you are good to go with the 600 watt. I bought 2 400's cuz I thought the more spread light will be better. NOw kickin myself in the ass cuz I would've loooooved the results with the 600watters.

gotcha yea i will be buying a air cooled hood with 6" air openings on both ends so i will hook my 125watt fan with 440cfm righton one of the opeingings that should get rid of most of the heat i think cause thats alot of air being put though right? and ill buy a hydro hut so i will need the ventilation so the 600hps with 250 or 175mh is what i will with i think lol...and ill do 4 or 6 plants soundin good? thanks again all

600 watt is like a new plasma tv with suround sound super tecknar 3d effects blaa bla bla.

600 watts nowadays is nothing.
in Georges grow bible his rule of thumb was 1000 watts per bedroom.
