Don't you think that the government if they wanted to could pull all of the MMJ card holders records here in CO? I know when I signed up for mine, I had to put all of my personal info....ssooooooo who really cares :) just my thought

No they can't. It would be illegal as its a confidential registry.
Sure, the government "could" do it like they could do a lot of things. But its not going to happen.
held and controlled by the government...the department of health gets all of our applications right?
While growing is one legit venue, way up here in the Rocky Mountains, I personally have taken vaping for several years now as a viable career choice and have never been happier.

Also, do I have to be resident to even see a doctor in CO about mmj? In Cali, I think you can still see the doc without living there, you just can't purchase from the clubs or anything but I'm not sure about that, that is just something I've heard on here. I know I would definately have to move there and establish residency to grow or have a caregiver, but I wonder if I can see a doctor and verify that I qualify before moving up there?
Anyone have any idea? I definately want to stay within the laws of the State.
fyi - info from another thread
Colorado residency is established when one of the following criteria is met:
You have obtained employment in Colorado.
You own or operate a business in Colorado.
You have resided in Colorado continuously for 90 days.
note: I'm not sure how I ended up in this thread but just for the record I have no plans on coming up there to go into the growing biz. :rastasmoke: I just want to grow my own in peace. :rasta:
