Can i refuse a search at school?

I don't know what kind of sick totalitarian schools you people go to but around here (USA) they at least need some sort of probable cause. If a teacher or administrator suspects you are in possession of drugs (they smell them or see you pass some to another student) or a person tells on you then they can search, im pretty sure they have to tell you their name though. They tell you to empty your pockets and take off your shoes and socks. They still can't search anybody randomly though, they can do random locker searches.

if they try and seach you just walk out of school then they cant search you lol this probably wudnt work in the long term but it might come in handy if your caught off guard with stuff on you.

Is it really hard NOT to bring weed and stuff to school? I've NEVER brought anything like that to school. I'm not a prep (although my grades are very good), but respect the school's rules, or don't go. I can understand some things, such as the law that says if you're caught with any drugs, you can't get federal level scholarships or financial aid if you're a student. Just don't carry stuff on you, even if it means you can't smoke that day, or get weed that day, etc. Just don't do stupid shit. Anybody who's dumb enough to bring weed to school (as in on them, not leaving it in their car), deserves to be expelled if they get caught.

It's not worth the minimum a suspension, maximum expulsion + turning you over to the police. Don't you have a resource officer at your school? (aka School pig) Definitely not worth the trouble for having weed on you.

guess im lucky here in Scotland the teachers cant random serach u or give u a drug test without parents permission unless they think u have a weopon which they call the police and tell u to stay in some room till the police get there lol :D :D
