^ true. if you think about it we had voluntary term limits for the commander in chief that worked on the honor system for the first 32 presidents. then we had to change the constitution after 33. maybe we do need a similar amendment for the congress. good idea. :twocents:

and yes, "third parties" are left out of the entire process, in some states like here they are not even allowed on the ballot. :wtf:

correction, we had to amend the constitution after number 32, FDR. my apolgies Mr. Truman. :)
