right, and that's because judges are elected. if they weren't elected then they would need to legislate from the bench. their decisions, much like the legislative branch, are made for campaign contributors and the like.

i see your point and am not arguing, i'm simply implying that it's a vicious circle!

I believe it was also Lady astor who was his target when told
"Mr Churchill, if I were your wife I would poison your drink"
He replied
