his name was bob ross. he was an artist that used to be on public access tv. i'm sure he was other places too. that's just where i know him from. he had to be a smoker because he was super mellow and as he was painting he would kinda make up a little story about his painting and always say "happy trees". lol.

he obviously sported a big ass afro too!
