Yes that happens take them out and rinse them off.

the light fell on my plant last night and it burnt it is it possible for it to come back or should i start a new one?

I might start a new one but I would not give up on that one yet. Maybe stressed but it should come back and more bushy too. Kind of like topping with a blow torch. Hang in there.

If the whole leaf is burnt to the stem then yes take it off but otherwise just leave it. Don't do more stress.

Best bet is not to fuck with it at all, that plant is fine and should bounce right back in a few days!!
