Here in Seattle they keep booting the tent cities out. Some asshole will raise a ruckus because they don't want these people in there neighborhood and they get booted somewhere else.
One of the best things this country could do right now is to reinstate the homestead act. we have billions of acres of national and state lands just being wasted. Let these people homestead a 5 acre parcel and give them a place to live.
