Yes big time organisational skills. I don't know how we would do it but I'm hoping someone has some experience.

kinda upsetting that soo few people have some input on this, being exactly what alows Govt to control the masses. They have a bigger collective to repress the "people" even though the "People" outnumber them a million fold. Does no one else want to put down their bong for 5 min and contribute to an event that would no doubt rival ending slavery as one of the greatest changes this Country and world has ever seen. Is this not good enough reason???? FUCKING COWBOY UP!!!! Takes very little effort and brain power to simply drop a few slogan ideas or a basic sketch. I saw an ASSLOAD of talented artists in some art threads......none of you have interest in this?????? I take great pride in imagining sitting back one day with my grand kids telling stories of being a pivital part of "ending prohibition" history along with millions of others, being able to say that I put forth every effort that I possibly could have. Personal pride motivates me...does anything motivate you??

I agree man, the people that haven't done anything even as small as contributing to this thread will realise when it's legal that they didn't really do anything to make that happen and they won't be able to say they did and feel proud of it.

I guess the few that contibuted to both threads are the only ones willing to take a moment to simply drop a logo or slogan idea?. Very upsetting when you compare that number to the number of members and guests that visit this site daily and the kind of subject matter that does get an ass load of contribution. To each their own though, everyone is entitled to what they are or are not interested in. Can't hate on anyone for that, I just had hope this thread would get alot more support than it has since it goes to the very nature of what this site is for. Or at least one important element.
I personally don't live in one of the 13 states with compassion for med patients so i'm fighting really hard to change that, and I just cant help thinking that there are 100's of world wide chapters for motorcycle and car clubs that have been around nearly as long as pot prohibition. This type organization would totally mirror a smaller pot proponent organization than say NORML or MPP in the sense that they are each a separate smaller chapter that are right down in the small town trenches, have senior officers that attend monthly meetings with the other regional chapters, schedule events, promote membership, raise funds etc..all the same components as any well oiled biz. I just know it would be no more difficult to do with the same mass dedication, initiative and passion for your cause. I guess I could go into furniture sales, since soo many couch cushions are getting beat up and dented. :S2::jointsmile:

I think the problem is complacense and fear!

People are thinking it will be legal because of a campaign promise that was not signed into policy like 'stem cell research'! The day a president signs something for pro mmj or anything like that, you'll see it on the propaganda with him or her handing the ink pen to all the pro mmj people or whatever! If a dispensary or employee of one screws up, the DEA will be all over it! Just wait! The locals are still looking and will call DEA!

That is why people can't and won't log in and make comments. This thread pretty much seperates the growers from the non-growers and draws a big line of divide.

If you were growing and kept a mother around, even in a legal state, you wouldn't want your info here. When someone disappears from here and becomes as stealth as possible-doesn't mean they do not support this. It means; they want a low profile, such as prev. stated. No one wants the law around.

Pretty much: Have to have a simple Idea and Slogan, as stated and start organizing. To do it, you are going to have to take PC buffs and I wouldn't say, SPAM around, but call in radio shows, etc. and say when and how, blaze it up! I doubt any T-shirt campaign can make it without proper funding up front and people to distribute, when everyone wants to be Stealth! You can't blame um. We all still fear jail. And others think it is a matter of time, since Obama is in!

Basically, I'd say use one simple word that draws attention and use it for a tag line on all call in shows. You don't have to say you are going to say one thing and bring it to what you desire to say!

Word of mouth does work! Our MPP meetings have grown so big we don't even have enough room. In just the past 6 mos! People are definitely interested. If people could sign in without naming themself, it would make a big difference. Before 420/215 in CA they were jailing people for just one plant in my locality! Being safe and free is first!

Did you try contacting Safe Access, Norml, Civil rights or any other group you know of?

Truth is: a lot is being done. Except public awareness! don't be distraught, there is always hope and the boards being down, did not help. A lot of the 'regs' have not come back. Including a few MODS! People learned to live without this site! Since, you go on other sites, etc. check them out and start threads in those, also. I do not. Am lucky to keep a connection long enough to get a post! PR :smokin: :hippy:

Hmm... posting a bit late I guess, but if something like this actually happens (which tbh I doubt), I'll be willing to help out...

Theres not a whole lot I'm good at, but I can do just about anything with Microsoft Word (well actually its OpenOffice but same thing really). The main thing I'm good at though is programming (which is, unfortunately, probably nearly worthless for something like this), so I'll try to come up with an idea that would incorperate that if I can (not including spamming/viruses/etc).

I'll try to come up with ideas/slogans... in the meantime I think I'm gonna try a little experiment on the weekend (if it works it could be something to get an idea from)...
