Right now, I think McCain is starting to look a bit childish, especially with his impulsive "campaign suspension" (he still performed campaign functions while it was supposedly suspended) and trying to postpone the debate. I think Obama's a really smart guy and will learn quickly if he gets in office.

There's another one. McCain has literally 0 executive experience, and we're hoping for him to take the most demanding executive job at the ripe old age of 72. How long is it going to take him to learn the basics?

Both of these are win. George W. Bush was governor of Texas for years and his whole family has had political ties for decades. Looks how that turned out. Experience my ass, experience is such a moot point its laughable. Shit, I'm taking a risk with Obama. I'd rather do that than literally guarantee 4-8 more years of absolute shit. I think Palin just doesn't really care about interviews. She probably thinks she'll skate the to the whitehouse on looks alone without having to tell the American people, ya know, like.....what the HELL she's even talking about.

If a person's foreign policy is to bomb first, talk later, I think I'll take LESS experience.

I mean, it probably won't even be near fair game... but I'm really wondering how is she gonna be able to hold up.

does any1 get a feeling if things go like the way they are going right now right now, we might actually have a landslide?? or better say with at least double digits difference in results? just an idea, I dont even think things will stay this way for too long nor i strongly think we'll have a landslide, but if mccain camp doesnt do something... it may well go bad for them

Most of the questions she doesn't even answer, she just responds with some only marginally-related talking points. She kind of reminds me of myself, when I was interviewing for a job a while ago that I was underqualified for. "Israel is the good guys and Iran is the bad guys. If Iran was the good guys would they be saying that? No, because they're the bad guys." :wtf:

Obama at least HAS foreign policy and national experience, even if he doesn't have a lot of it. Compare Palin in these clips to Obama when he was being interviewed by O'Reilly (who was much less friendly). The difference? Obama clearly knows what he's talking about.

Guess yall havent seen biden say that roosevelt got on television after the stock market crashed , which was in 1929 and hoover was pres. they both say equally dumb things and i find it ironic that a board such as this would support biden...obviously yall havent taken a look at his drug policies.... Im not saying palin is smart, obviously she dumb as a brick. But her "lack of experience" compares to obamas lack of experience so im not seeing the logic behind the argument

dude, this is a politics section and there are far more serious issues than weed to discuss around here, the rest of sections have enough room for talk about weed. btw for the record NONE of these people have any good record on marijuana or they have no record at all. even if u were to talk about mj record of these people, still obama/biden stands some chance for something to be done while mccain/palin stands 100% chance of nothing being done for it...

just do some research on candidates stances. on democratic side, just "maybe" maybe the party and obama along with some influential people can overpower biden's opinion. but on republican there is only 1 single hope thats ron paul who im going to not count as a republican cuz none of the major republicans respect him or accept him as a true republican and had he not served so long as a republican they would have probably expelled him or somethin.

Remember the house bills on mj currently in committees are gonna have more backers from democratic side than from republican side, thats at least what my exp tells me.
