Yep cause 100 or over the FEDs get involved....
I think that States that want to legalize for whatever reason should be allowed to......the government doesnt know how to regulate a plant:D

I've seen quite a number of tense soccer games in which in the extra time, minute 92 or 93 the result was change by 1 mistake or 1 successful attack
But i sure hope he wins, and i sure hope he does something about this federal situation
mccain has said it repeatedly that he will not honor medical value of marijuana and does not believe it

Basically where im at right now, times are rough, im in huge amounts of debt from college, and after being graduated for over a year now, I still havent got a single interview :(
I think its time for me to find a new field, and well....I love marijuana, ive successfully grown it (soil/hydro/indoor/outdoor/stealth and in the open)
I think its actually pretty fun, one of my favorite hobbies, and I think if I could do it legally somewhere and earn enough money off it to make a decent living for myself, I could live a pretty happy life :rasta: . id be doing something I enjoy and love.
as of right now im pretty sure thats not gonna happen anywhere in the united states, but what about canada or any other countries across the world? nothing 3rd world though im not trying to get kidnapped and killed for being a westerner lol.
You probably would already be living in Canada if you had seen the documentary The Union: The Business Behind Getting High
I saw it in Los Angeles earlier this year, if I wasn't locked out of my car in a secured parking lot that closed while I was watching the film I might have driven straight to Canada that night. But as with any get rich quick schemes, there are usually high risks associated with those jobs. Any country that would allow marijuana to be legalized, or at the least ignored, isn't going to be a place where you can make a decent profit at. Marijuana isn't hard to grow, and if anyone can grow it, everyone will and it won't be easy to make a lot of money. You make more money in places where it is illegal. Risky jobs pay well.

I feel you. I have a sea of green going on in my closet with 2 hydro systems. I have found that growing it is fun, provides free medicine and here in California you can sell to your friends that are patients providing that you don't turn a profit. So the donations from patient friends covers the power, the items needs to maintain the garden and pays for the rent of the closet. But most importantly The healthy hobby and your free and safe medicine! :-)
Edit: Please see your attorney before making a decision about this topic so that you are fully covered in all respects to state, local laws.

great topic! That would depend on your definition of the term legal. There are tons of citizens of Cali that make a living off of growing and selling MMJ. Its a matter if you want to follow state and county laws, or federal! Owners of grow-ops and dispensaries make enough money to cover bills and pay back debts! While some of these people make good money most of it is spent of legal teams that then have to fight the feds! Look up the case of WAMM in Santa Cruz. This is why theforthdrive would like to go to law school, I get your drug money either way! ;) I guess the answer comes down to the size of your brain, luck, and balls! You'll have to decide if its worth it for you!

"Where would I be allowed to cultivate marijuana professionaly?"
In California, the answer is; nowhere. You're not allowed to grow "for profit" here. People do it but it's not legal under MMJ laws.

Good luck and yes, it is tons of fun......

Is this guy a real valid patient? If not stop giving us a bad rep. We want it legalized too, we just know that we better go by the books as an example or it'll never be!
