I think I'd go out listening to AFI's "Miseria Cantare (The Beginning)", or Theatre of Tragedy's "Disintegration" while hallucinating on something. Otherwise it's Motorhead's "Overkill", Tool's "10,000 Days", Rammstein's "Mein Hertz Brennt", or Dark Tranquillity's "The Mundane and the Magic".

Stairway to Heaven for me, but it was a tough choice between it and Comfortably Numb.
