i dont understand the GDP hype.

i can list 100 strains i would rather have. the high is also kinda boring, and i know for a fact that what i was smoking was 100% organic, beautiful tasty granddaddy purps. i think the taste is what sells this bud, but it still doesnt taste near as good as purple urkle, the purps, or gods gift imo. one of the weaker purp strains if you ask me.

THen you haven't ran into a real batch of GDP. WHat I've had have very small amounts of purple to it, but was rather a unique medium green color with unique clusters of very veryyy dense buds full of crystals. It smell almost as good as the purple urkel which ive had and in my opinion is the best smelling/tasty weed ever.

This is purple urkel x big bud so a loss of taste is expected to gain the higher yield mix.

It is definitely one of the best strains I've tried.

I'm a Sativa fan tho...ahhh if only i can meet jack herer again.

I will have to say GDP is high on a lot of peoples list I have been growing GDP for about 2 and a half years off and on, that and BK. I grow from seed and have been having a blast with it, its the number 1 request amongst my patients this past few months, but I will see soon enough I am bringing back another strain with some added umph....:thumbsup: (purple monkey balls was the mother crossed with a reservoir seed strain) *top secret father*..:D
