Medical Marijuana Rules in California

I smoke in public all the time. Never had any problems. Even when walking right pass a parked motorcycle officer. The key for me has been simple since I have smoked cigs for too long. BE CONSIDERATE! Not in crowds, not around groups of kids, don't stand up-wind, and just relax and enjoy your smoke. I walk to pick my 11 year old son up from school every day and blaze on the way there. Without fail. Don't hang out in a car while smoking, you'll get a DUI so fast it'll make your head spin. The solution? Lean on a fender, but realize that once you are medicated, if you are observed driving, busted.

Oh yeah, don't throw it in a cops face. You know, making it obvious that you are taunting him?

LOL. Yeah as soon as I got past TSA I went in and removed it from my underwear and put it in my carry on back pack. Much more comfortable.

You did remind of a time I flew for business in WA. I visited some friends while there and they had the killer stinky skunk. I bought an ounce to bring home. I stuffed it inside of 7 ziplocks to hide the smell. I thought I was OK until I got on the plane. I was sitting next to two businessmen and every time I moved even a tiny bit I got a huge wiff of skunk. I spent 2 hours in that seat barely moving and was in pain when I arrived.
