Great admonishment; "NOTICE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT: Pursuant to the Constitution of the State of California, Amendment III, Sec. 3.5(c), state law enforcement officials have no power to refuse to enforce a statute on the basis that federal law or federal regulations prohibit the enforcement of such statute. It is therefore your legal duty and responsibility to respect and obey this agreement per the above-cited legislation, and the leave the individuals and gardens herein described unmolested and unreported to federal authorities. Failure to follow state law may result in legal action being taken against you. Thank you for your understanding and compliance." Doesn't seem worded right though. The statement should read more along the line of "State law enforcement officials do not have the authority to enforce federal laws" shouldn't it?
But don't you feel a little uncomfortable stating "We get shipments from Hawaii, Jamaica and Mexico"? Sorta like you're taunting the feds.

Lead, u referring to the medical delivery of free marijuana or free delivery of fairly priced mmj? I like the price but made a comment on hiz pozt of "I don't want it completely legalized!" Or something like that. Cause he/she may have to pay more for a liquor type license to make bundles more of $. Cept, if those prices are real, I'll take some! i am an equal opportunity opportunist! meddeliv!
Limiting myself, so short form. Ran out of room so you'll just have to imagine the rest! So read Granny Storm Crow info, while you can!
Smoking and cancer, ask Weedhound! She made it very clear what her doc told her in her thread, check it out.
I believe the study you are referring to is the recent one that came out last week, which said Austrailia did a study and said one tobacco cig. eqivalent in size, etc. to one joint of cannabis is the equvilent of 3 tobacco cigs in the effect to your lungs. Same paper, size, etc.
Last Fall they said it was no longer true.
As they came up with these same figures and findings approx 27 years ago, 3:1 ratio! So, it will be overturned in the future. Seems totally irrelevant.
What will happen to your lungs IUD--first look for worms in your nose. then an IQ of 0, then snails out of your ears and blue lips, blue digits-fingers toes or loss of them completely, coughing so hard you hit the wrong keys. Basically, over the years you'd become an irritating asshole due to the lack of oxygen to whatever is between the snails and worms!

5000 years of toking and no victims. Buds not leaves containing 33% thc. Leaves are ok for food and polstices, not toking. Vaporizers may put vapor into the lungs, that is defined as pneumonia. Bong water not changed can lead to problems, microbial damage possibly. Papers will have some harm but do to the expectorant of Ganja, you will cough up any toxins.
Cigarettes are adulterated tobacco products. You can't tax vegetables. Nothing added to Ganja, a natural expectorant. No health problems with cultures using organic tobacco. Indians, Egypt or Turkey. Only US grade A bullshit chemicals to harm. Not in Ganja.
Hundreds of cultures over thousands of years and not one victim outside of reefer mad idiots predicting the future that never arrives. Predicting the same thing 40 years ago and still no victims.

I just found this article from a 2006 study. Titled......"Study Finds No Cancer-Marijuana Connection"
Quote:
By Marc Kaufman
Washington Post Staff Writer

The largest study of its kind has unexpectedly concluded that smoking marijuana, even regularly and heavily, does not lead to lung cancer.
The new findings "were against our expectations," said Donald Tashkin of the University of California at Los Angeles, a pulmonologist who has studied marijuana for 30 years.
"We hypothesized that there would be a positive association between marijuana use and lung cancer, and that the association would be more positive with heavier use," he said. "What we found instead was no association at all, and even a suggestion of some protective effect."
Federal health and drug enforcement officials have widely used Tashkin's previous work on marijuana to make the case that the drug is dangerous. Tashkin said that while he still believes marijuana is potentially harmful, its cancer-causing effects appear to be of less concern than previously thought.
Earlier work established that marijuana does contain cancer-causing chemicals as potentially harmful as those in tobacco, he said. However, marijuana also contains the chemical THC, which he said may kill aging cells and keep them from becoming cancerous.
Tashkin's study, funded by the National Institutes of Health's National Institute on Drug Abuse, involved 1,200 people in Los Angeles who had lung, neck or head cancer and an additional 1,040 people without cancer matched by age, sex and neighborhood.
They were all asked about their lifetime use of marijuana, tobacco and alcohol. The heaviest marijuana smokers had lighted up more than 22,000 times, while moderately heavy usage was defined as smoking 11,000 to 22,000 marijuana cigarettes. Tashkin found that even the very heavy marijuana smokers showed no increased incidence of the three cancers studied.
"This is the largest case-control study ever done, and everyone had to fill out a very extensive questionnaire about marijuana use," he said. "Bias can creep into any research, but we controlled for as many confounding factors as we could, and so I believe these results have real meaning."
Tashkin's group at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA had hypothesized that marijuana would raise the risk of cancer on the basis of earlier small human studies, lab studies of animals, and the fact that marijuana users inhale more deeply and generally hold smoke in their lungs longer than tobacco smokers -- exposing them to the dangerous chemicals for a longer time. In addition, Tashkin said, previous studies found that marijuana tar has 50 percent higher concentrations of chemicals linked to cancer than tobacco cigarette tar.
While no association between marijuana smoking and cancer was found, the study findings, presented to the American Thoracic Society International Conference this week, did find a 20-fold increase in lung cancer among people who smoked two or more packs of cigarettes a day.
The study was limited to people younger than 60 because those older than that were generally not exposed to marijuana in their youth, when it is most often tried.

An interesting theory i've heard - "Unlike tobbacco which paralysis the avioli in the lungs rendering them useless (emphysima), cannabis just kills them forcing the lungs to create new ones, which keeps the resipitory system in order".
The real deal on your lungs and weed?
I'm sorry I don't have all the time right now to read all the post, I'm kinda speed posting.
but anyway, from what I have heard studies show Cannabis smoke and tobacco smoke are very different. Even when it comes to cancer causing, the two are very different from each other, so much so that I heard patients who smoke 5-10 joints a day, develop Flem but not cancer from smoke inhalation, where as it is widely know heavy cigarette and light cigarette use can cause lung cancer..
one question, All the cannabis patients now, especially in Cali, have been smoking for well over 10-15 years now, with allot if not most not smoking cigarette's at all. you would think by now we would see allot more lung cancer developing in the medical cannabis community.

Capital letters and periods help....
I don't think you got sick from the dust just because you started smoking cannabis.... You probably got sick because of your lack of keeping a clean environment....
People blaming cannabis for things reminds me of that Afro Man song.... La Di Dat Da Darrara....Darrara....Dat Daaaaaaa.....because I got high, because I got high, because I got highhhhiiiiiaaaaaa....
Come back in ten years and let us know if you still think it was the fact that you smoked that actually contributed to you getting sick from the dust from your PC....
