Damn dude, id be lucky to get an eighth of that for 45. Also those are not bad pictures. Ive seen bad pictures, and comparatively those are very good.

I too would appreciate an eighth of that for $45, and I live in the land of kush, California. If prices are like that around where you live usually, then I'll have to visit your city.
