water is always good anyway most people dont eat enough, fruit and anything rich in nutritional value will help, also maybe a protien drink to nourish the brain because that's where all the high action happens. check out everyonedoesit, they have some multi vit recovery pills i swear by. i dont use them all the time, usually just a normal multivit, but when i know i need to be 100% i bang em before i go to sleep. does the trick every time. :)

i find any caffeine works fine! lots of and lots of it and you will perk right up.
smoke more often. your tolerance will go up to where it wears off faster with little after-effects.thats how I solved that problem for myself.:jointsmile:
