I looove fresh farmer's milk. Ironically, I was told by several endocrinologists and OB/GYNs to drink a serving of whole milk that's mass produced (Usually with growth hormone in it) to help stabalize my hormonal deficiency, and my hot flashes are gone! I love it.
And pus is just a fancy term for white blood cells... That's all. It's not going to infect you or make you sick, pasteurization kills the bacteria. Same with blood. People make a big deal about small things to make them seem more horrible than they are.
I am never drinking milk again:( John Dope has ruined/soured my love affair with milk..I will have to switch to grape koolaid to fill the void.
I dig 2% over ice.
Im a vegan too

I dont like milk. I've been lactose intolerant since I was a tiny baby, and I guess I developed an aversion to it long ago because it made my stomach and gut hurt so bad. Eating ice cream is pure torture for the same reason.
When I do have to use it, like in cereal or recipes, I use 2% lactose free milk. But I avoid even that. I take calcium supplements instead of drinking cow juice.
1% or fat free--I alternate, though it is an acquired taste if you are used to drinking whole milk.
My girlfriend is also lactose intolerant and she uses Soya milk.
I dont mind milk, but prefer it in my tea. To me skimmed milk is just white cloudy water, whole milk is too flavoured and semi skimmed is just right.
My daughter is lactose intolerant also...she loves ice cream, but watch out after she is done.
