Have you ever grown?

I tried growing when I was younger and ignorant of good grow techniques. They never even made it past six inches in height. Poor little things. I was definitely guilty of plant abuse. I have everything gathered together to start my first real grow at this point, but things keep coming up that force me to postpone. I can't wait till I can really begin. I am excited by all I've learned on this site and am anxious to grow my own plants, not just for the finished product but also for the experience. When I've completed my first successful crop I'm going to be inordinately proud of the accomplishment. ;)

No, I haven't, but I'm telling you, the moment it's legalized, I'm planning to change careers. I want to grow medical strains, recreational strains, meditative strains, in every strength and color. *sigh* but The Man's got me down, so no, no growing.

One of life's greatest pleasures is to visit your plants growing outdoors and just gaze at them for a long time, especially just before harvesting them, see the buds with dew glistening in the early morning sunshine. I love to smell the buds and inspect them with a magnifying glass. I just finished harvesting. I grew 4 females this season, one of each: BurmeseXFucknIncredibleXSweetTooth, NorthernLights#5, Mr.NiceXWhite Rhino, and the last to finish on 11/2/07 was SuperSkunk. These were all from seeds I bought from Mark Emery in 2001. I kept the seeds in the fridge. I grow my supply about once every 5 years.
